The Armusik Academy is an educational resource for drawing, painting, and art business located in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. We work with high school students, adults, and retirees alike, welcoming artists of all skill levels and backgrounds. Our students study both in person and online, representing over 25 states and 8 countries worldwide.
Built on more than 31 years of professional experience in creating and selling artwork globally, the academy’s mission is to teach students not only how to refine their artistic talents but also how to develop the business skills necessary to succeed as professional artists and entrepreneurs.
Since the decline of the French Academy model of art instruction, traditional training in drawing and painting has largely disappeared from colleges and universities. These institutions often lack both the qualified faculty and the structured curriculum required to provide classical academic training. As realism experiences a resurgence in the art world, the demand for high-quality, traditional instruction continues to grow.
Unlike conventional programs that produce lifelong students, our goal is to equip artists with the tools and knowledge they need to establish themselves as professionals. The Armusik Academy focuses on a pragmatic approach to classical instruction, combining artistic training with career guidance to help our students achieve lasting success.
